Problem summary
The problem occurred because the encoder of ISO-2022-KR charset sets the position of buffer incorrectly while encoding the string.
Problem conclusion
JDK is updated to set the buffer position correctly during encoding process. . This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 8 SR2 FP10 (8.0.2.10) .
