Local fix

• Stop the server and delete the files corresponds to webservice
  application manually or using scripts
  

Problem summary

• WSGEN holds the file descriptor of the loaded jars from
  URLClassPath even after its usage is over and hence the
  Operating System do not allow to delete the corresponding files.
  

Problem conclusion

• DK has been updated to release the file descriptor of the loaded
  jars from URLClassPath immediately after its usage is over
  allowing Operating system to delete the corresponding file
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
