Error Message: JVM crashes with segmentation error vmState=0x00000000 on x86 platforms . Stack Trace: . This problem only occurs on systems using the x86 architecture. The instruction causing the crash is a JMP to an inaccessible address.
Local fix
The problem can be avoided by setting the environment variable TR_DisableInlineRecursiveMonitor=1

The JIT compiler has been fixed to prevent the race condition and generate correct assembly code for monitor enter and exit. .
