Error description

    In some instances, when attempting to load the QRadar User
    Interface 'Managed Search Results' page, the User Interface can
    become inaccessible.  This behavior has been observed in some
    environments where the ariel proxy server is running under
    heavy load, and causes the Tomcat process to fail while trying
    to load the Managed Search Results page.
