• Closed as program error.

Error description

• We have identified that few fields having INTEGER or BIGINT
  values so we cannot add prefix 'PUN'.

  REPLICATION STEPS:
  1. go to organization app > select EAGLENA
  2. select action > autonumber setup > systemlevel > search for
  COMMLOGID
  3. set PUN for prefix > click ok
  ** You will get an error if you have commlog to be inserted (ex.
  sending notification which commlog entry is enabled from
  escalation)
  CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT:
  Cannot add prefix for some attirbutes.
  EXPECTED RESULT:
  IBM to provide scripts to change the data type to ALN
  

Local fix

• The workaround for this in 7.5 will be
  to modify the COMMLOGID field to a BIGINT and use a numeric
  prefix to separate data between different sites/locations.

Problem conclusion

• Allow commlogid to be switched from INTEGER data type to ALN
  data type and support non-numeric prefixes.
