IV75418: EIF PROBE DOES NOT REMOVE QUOTE

Error description

• TEC protocol require all single quote (') in the
  transmitting message to be escaped with another single
  quote. Thus probe need to handle the escape single quote to
  convert back the receiving message to its original.
