Error description

• When upgrading ofed.core.rte fileset, it fails with
  following message.
  
  
  error loading kernel extension
  instal:  Failed while executing the ofed.core.rte.config
  script.
  0503-464 installp:  The installation has FAILED for the
  "root" part
          of the following filesets:
          ofed.core.rte 6.1.9.0
  

Local fix

• Reboot AIX or VIOS, then apply ofed.core.rte fileset
  separately.
  

Problem summary

• aparclosed for find as defect 959634 is related with ofed
  package, for which Ann told me to drop the change only in 720
  and 72D.
