'The port 8080 is blocked for HTTP connection from some other services that are running (our suspect is for Trend Micro).'
Local fix
1) change from Web interface OSD GUi the TCP port for HTTP server to a different port than 8080 (from Server parameter->Server Configuration->TCP port for HTTP server) and restart the server 2)make sure that the server is restarted and up and running again. 3)Rerun the scenario .
