Error description

  • At PowerHA 7.1 and later, when using the following steps
to
define a repository disk in a cluster environment, sync
and
verify failed with errors.

  # smitty hacmp
       Cluster Nodes and Networks
           Setup a Cluster, Nodes and Networks
               Define Repository Disk and Cluster IP

cldare: Configuring a 2 node cluster in AIX may take up
        to 2 minutes, Please wait.
ERROR: Creating the cluster in AIX failed. Check output
       for errors in local cluster configuration, correct
       them, and try synchronization again.

===> clutils.log would show:

ERROR: <hostname>  is not able to access the repository
       disk.
ERROR: Review the repository disk connectivity,
configuration
       and access on <hostname> and retry command

Problem summary
