Problem summary

• Occasionally, the Copy Propagation optimization of JIT compiler
  could use inconsistent means to identify stores to some
  variables.  This could lead it to skip certain stores under
  unusual circumstances, thereby failing to record the information
  it requires for correct operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• Copy Propagation was modified to use a consistent and correct
  way to identify all stores to variables throughout a program.
