APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Jobstreams scheduled to run on Fall DST Sunday AT 1:00 AM (or
  1:00 - 1:59), expecting them to run when the time first occurs,
  *before* the DST switch, instead don't launch until after the
  switch, after falling back to the second occurrence of 1AM.
  Problem occurs with no timezone specified at the jobstream,
  only at the workstation level. Spring DST change is no problem.
  

Local fix

• Scheduling with a different timezone specified (but adjusting
  the time to still correspond with the original intended launch
  time) might be a workaround.
