APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If there is insufficient memory available to the locklist in
  restart light mode, db2 will loop forever trying to increase
  the locklist memory. The db2diag.log will print the following
  message:

• increase the value of database manager parameter RSTRT_LIGHT_MEM
