* USERS AFFECTED:
* Systems running the 6100-09 Technology Level with
* devices.chrp.pci.rte between and including the 6.1.9.0 and
* 6.1.9.30 levels.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
* In some configurations, EEH events may be reported which
* may also result in failed EEH error recovery. If EEH
recovery
* fails, this may leave the adapter in an inaccessible state
* until the PCI slot is powered off or power to the CEC /
Blade
* is removed.
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:
* Install APAR IV68712.
* Prior to fix availability, an interim fix is available from
* either
* ftp://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv68712/
* https://aix.software.ibm.com/aix/ifixes/iv68712/
