Error description

• CU CANNOT CHANGE STATUS TO SYNONYM STATUS PENDING.
  
  Steps:
  
  1) Go to Domains application, bring up the PLUSDCUSTATUS
  Domain, and add  PENDOBS  as a synonym of  PENDING.
  2) Go to the CU Library application and bring up a CU in PENDING
  Status.
  3) Click the  Change Status  icon. Users should be able to
  change the status back and forth between synonyms of the same
  MaxValue.
