Error description

• The 'Cisco_CBQoS_Police' discovery formula from Cisco CBQoS Tech
  Pack
  picks 'PoliceConformRate' - The committed policing rate, from
  the
  device. This cbQosPoliceCfgRate  (in bps) is used as bandwidth
  value
  and QoS Utilisation is claculated based on that value. However,
  as per
  the configuration done in one of the customer's networks, QoS
  bandwidth
  settings on interface are configured based on percentage
  distributions
  of total bandwidth for the different QoS classes. E.g: 15% of
  total
  bandwidth is allocated to ce_ef_output class, 15% to
  ce_af4_output
  class, 25% is allocated to class-default class etc. From the
  above it
  is understood that they are applying % of total bandwidth values
  for
  each class. So, the request is formula should pick
   cbQosPoliceCfgRateType  OID to determine if the
  cbQosPoliceCfgRate
  is an actual bandwidth or a percentage of bandwidth and then use
  it.

  As mentioned above the tech pack formaula is not picking proper

  details thereby resulting in wrong values being shown for CoS
  Bandwidth.
