Problem summary

• Some Oracle security classes for Java7 should be removed.
  

Problem conclusion

• IBM JCE does support the DSA key.  There is no need to access
  internal DSA classes as the external framework should be used.As
  discussed above, IBM Java will uses DSA key from IBM JCE. The
  patch to remove Oracle internal changes is expected.Therefore,
  for Java7, we also need to remove above two java files as well
  as three Oracle internal java files depending on those 2
  files:src/share/classes/sun/security/provider/DSAParameterGenera
  tor.javasrc/share/classes/sun/security/provider/DSAPublicKey.jav
  asrc/share/classes/sun/security/provider/DSAPublicKeyImpl.java
  .
  A key generated by a JRE containing this APAR will be compatible
  with the JRE that doesn't contain this APAR.
  .
  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7 R1 SR2 FP10  (7.1.2.10)
