Error description
Listing file decode xxlorc into xxpermdi. The problem affects the users who compile on power 8 vector code.

Problem summary
USERS AFFECTED: Users who use power 8 vector code may be affected by this issue. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When generating a listing file, the compiler incorrectly decodes xxlorc into xxpermdi.
Problem conclusion
The compiler was using an incorrect mnemonic for new power 8 xxlorc instruction. The issue has been fixed.
