Local fix

Problem summary

  • With AltProcessor feature, the first menu in the user interface
gets highlighted on pressing Alt key. Hence the application is
unable to use Alt key for a different purpose with non-windows
LookAndFeel as pressing of the Alt key resulted in the
dropping down of the first menu always.

Problem conclusion

  • The JDK has been updated with a new system property
"ibm.disableAltProcessor" to disable AltProcessor feature for
non-windows LookAndFeel. By default, the AltProcessor feature is
enabled. The AltProcessor feature can be disabled by setting the
    property ibm.disableAltProcessor=true.
