Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is related to how the bytecode verifier propagates
  the 'uninitializedThis' flag during the verification process.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to correctly propagate the
  'uninitializedThis' flag and thus prevent the
  java.lang.VerifyError from occurring.
  .
