Error description

• Error Message: The following error message is received:The
  program can't start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your
  computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Local fix

• There are two possible workarounds:1) change to load jvm.dll
  under jre\bin\compressedrefs or jre\bin\default;2) modify the
  PATH environment variable to include folder bin or jre\bin.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused because MSVCR100.dll is missing from
  jre\bin\classic and jre\bin\j9vm directories.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated so that MSVCR100.dll is loaded
  properly.
