Local fix

Problem summary

  • The existing implementation assumes that the system always has
127.0.0.1 as IPv4 loopback address (IPv4 loopback interface).
This loopback address is used by the selector implementation
    during initialization phase.

Problem conclusion

  • The JVM is updated to use system's default loopback interface
    instead.
