IV63666: INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE COMMAND LEVEL BEING REPORTED IN STATISTICS AND IN THE RUNMQSC DIS QMGR CMD.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• There is an inconsistency between the command level being
  reported in statistics and accounting messages, and the command
  level being reported in the runmqsc DISPLAY QMGR command.
  
  The CMDLEVEL is displayed correctly when running the DISPLAY
  QMGR command, but in statistics and accounting messages it
  incorrectly appears as the number 700 for integer parameter
  MQIA_COMMAND_LEVEL.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In the areas of MQ responsible for statistics and accounting, a
  reference to an MQ version 7.0 constant was being made,
  resulting in incorrect value of 700 being output in statistics
  and accounting messages for integer parameter
  MQIA_COMMAND_LEVEL..
  

Problem conclusion

• All references to the version 7.0 constant in the areas of MQ
  responsible for statistics and accounting have been updated to
  reflect the correct CMDLEVEL for the queue manager. The integer
  parameter MQIA_COMMAND_LEVEL reported in statistics and
  accounting messages is now in line with that reported from the
  DISPLAY QMGR runmqsc command.
