Problem summary

• Problem happened as the packaging rule for archive-bin format to
  specify default install directory was not taking care of
  scenario where user install directory could be specified using
  user reponse file in silent mode.

• Packaging code has been updated to take care of the scenario
  where user install directory could be specified using user
  reponse file in silent install mode.
