Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Create Job Plan in 2 different organizations with the same
  JPNUM and ORGID populated, while SITEID should be blank
  - JPNUM : JPTEST / ORGID : EAGLENA / Add one task
  - JPNUM : JPTEST / ORGID : EAGLESA / Add one task
  2. Go to PM application and create 2 PMs in two different
  organizations with the same Job Plan number.
  - Login with BEDFORD default site user and create PM with JPTEST
  attached / Associate operating Asset
  - Login with CONCSITE default site user and create PM with
  JPTEST attached / Associate operating Asset
  3. Define new Calendar with Shift for EAGLENA org.
  - Create new calendar JPCAL > select action > Define/Apply
  Shifts
  - create new shift > start day : monday/ days in pattern : 7
  - Define pattern 7am to 4 pm for 1 to 5 day and apply it to
  JPCAL
  4. Go to Scheduler and create new schedule with new Calendar
  and Shift in the EAGLENA Organization. 'XXX' have to be
  modified to the PM for BEDFORD.
  - create new work queries with data source : PM / where
  condition :
  siteid='BEDFORD' and PMNUM='XXX'
  5. Go to PM application and select PMs in all Organizations for
  specific Job Plan. Make sure you remove SITEID filter
  6. Run Generate Forecast for each of the PMs created in the
  previous steps
  - forecast unit : 01/01/2015
  7. Go back to Scheduler and click on refresh schedule button
