IV62315: JOB PLAN ATTACHED DOCUMENTS CAN BE DELETED FROM WOTRACK APPLICATION

APAR status

Error description

• Steps to replicate:
  
  Tested in 7506 and 7505
  
  Go to Planning> Job PLan
  Bring up a Jp ( JP1000)
  Click on the Attachments and Select
  Add new attachments> Add new File
  Browse for any File and Click OK
  and Save
  Now Go to Work Order Tracking
  Create a new Workorder or open a existing one in WAPPR
  Add the above JP
  Save
  Now you will see the Attachment that is part of the JP in the
  Workorder
  Record
  Click on the Attachments and Select View Attachments
  Press on the X to delete
  Receive system Error:
  BMXAA0888W - Are you sure you want to delete this attachment?
  and
  select YES
  Receive the following Message:
  BMXAA0876E - Cannot delete this record.
  Click on OK
  Now click on the Attachment Properties Icon ( its a Info Icon)
  Uncheck the Print attached document with report if printable
  type?
  click OK
  Now try to delete again
  Receive following Message:
  BMXAA0888W - Are you sure you want to delete this attachment?
  Click Yes
  And Attachment Gone?
