Problem Description:

LDR unresponsive with "SQL0518N" error for
PVM_DATALOAD.LOAD_SPARSE_DATA
LDR unresponsive with "SQL0518N  The statement named in the
EXECUTE statement is not in a prepared state or is a SELECT or
VALUES statement" for PVM_DATALOAD.LOAD_SPARSE_DATA error.

Procedure PVM_DATALOAD.LOAD_SPARSE_DATA had EXECUTE statement
with select which was not compatible with DB2.
Changes would be made to work with DB2 way.

  • The issue raised in this APAR regarding LDR issues with Sparse
data has been resolved in the following Interim Fix:
1.3.3.0-TIV-TNPM-IF0007
