Error description

  Customer defined the custom workspace with Situation Event
  Console.  When the agent went offline, MS_Offline triggered
  but it's not cleared if user runs 'clear offline entry'.
  This only happened in the custom workspace. MS_Offline cleared
  correctly in Physical workspace.
  

Local fix

• Stop and start the 'MS_Offline' situation.
  

Problem summary

• MS-Offline alerts are not auto-cleared in logical navigator.
  
  
  Custom workspace was defined with Situation Event Console.  When
  the agent went offline, MS_Offline triggered but it wasn't
  cleared if user ran 'clear offline entry'.  This only happened
  in the custom workspace.  MS_Offline cleared correctly in
  Physical workspace.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was changed to handle managed system and triggered events
  correctly.
