IV59891: IBM MQ 7.1 or 7.5 dspmqtrc writes out incorrect time stamps when formatting 7.0.1 trace files

Error description

• The time stamps on each line of trace are incorrect. This
  happens only when using the "dspmqtrc" trace formatter from a
  WebSphere MQ 7.1 or 7.5 installation to format traces
  originating from previous versions (example : 7.0.1).
  
  This is example incorrect output from the trace header. Notice
  that the time stamp in the left-hand column is very different
  from the time stamps stored near the ends of these lines. The
  time stamps near the ends of the lines are correct.

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  There was an integer overflow in the arithmetic being used to
  calculate the time stamp.
  
  However, the data on each line after the time stamp is correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• The integer overflow problem has been corrected. This APAR is
  being used to deliver the described fix, and other minor fixes
  in IBM MQ trace and the dspmqtrc program.
