Local fix

Problem summary

• During the initialization of zstream in the native
  compression/decompression APIs, uninitialized storage may cause
  this stream to use software compression or decompression rather
  than zEDC Express (hardware) compression or decompression when
  zEDC Express adapters are available. Please do refer to zEDC
  APAR OA44031 for more details.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7    SR7       (7.0.7.0)
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
  .
  The zEDC code in the z/OS JDK has been updated to properly
  initialize storage to prevent a fallback to software compression
  when zEDC Express adapters are available.
