Local fix

• Install the libstdc++.so.5 package onto the system.
  

Problem summary

• The JVM libraries for zLinux have a dependency on
  libstdc++.so.5.  When the JVM is launched on zLinux systems
  without libstdc++.so.5 installed the JVM will fail with error
  messages indicating that libstdc++.so.5 cannot be opened.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     6    SR16      (6.0.16.0)
     7 R1 SR1 FP1   (7.1.1.1)
     7    SR8       (7.0.8.0)
     6 R1 SR9       (6.1.9.0)
  .
  The JVM has been updated to no longer depend on libstdc++.so.5
  (or any other version of libstdc++).
