Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when the JVM trace formatter is processing
  a damaged binary trace file.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
  .
  The JVM trace formatter has been updated to handle the damaged
  data in the binary trace file, and continue formatting the file.
