Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when any of shared classes cache utility
  options are used in conjunction with -Xmt on the command line.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
  .
  The JVM has been updated to support the shared classes cache
  utility options when -Xmt is specified on the command line.
