APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • WebReports does not manage properly LDAP Users whose ID
includes not ascii characters as reported by the LDAP Directory.
The above users, even if registered in the database will not be
able to successfully logon.

The Webreports will report the following error:
An unexpected error occurred while attempting a WebReports
Login:
Could not find user {E52B8F13-8995-4389-82E5-38470EA6CC20} in
the Active Directory global catalog
