• Create the "BES Server" directory into IEM installation
  directory and copy the PropagateFiles.exe executable under it.
  
  Example :
  
  If you customize the installation directory to be C:\TEM_server
  you will need to have the following directories structure :

  BES Server <----- copy the PropagateFiles.exe here !!
