    Problem title
TNPM 1.3.2 - Techpack CISCO IPSLA harming troubleshooting

Customer recogniced a new request names 'reset' which seems to
    reconfigure
    each probe on all devices.
This procedure leads to a hugh amount of log messages both in
    the
router log itself and on the syslog server.
Most important is the fact that the router log is flooded with
    these
messages and the support group is no longer able to see any
    "real"
    problems in those logs.
