Error description

  • 32-bit call to posix_fadvise fails when _LARGE_FILES
is enabled.

fcntl.h does not contain a posix_fadvise64
routine. When _LARGE_FILES is enabled off_t will
be redefined as a 64-bit value "long long."
So, instead of 32-bit values, 64-bit values
will be passed to posix_fadvise causing
unpredictable results.
