    Concerns/Problem:
    Forecast from Scheduler
A PM is created in PM(CM) application and Reforecast Subsequent
Dates check box is selected. A forecast is generated for it
    from Select Action menu.
When we change the forecast date from Scheduler and reforecast,
we do get the forecast dates in PM but the Reforecast
Subsequent Dates check box get deselected automatically.
Although we can select it manually later on but according to
our team this should not be the way it is working. The
Reforecast Subsequent Dates check box should have been selected
and been in a Read-only mode.

ACM Level 3 expert has run this through on an environment which
does not have ACM installed. It appears to be an issue with
    Scheduler 7.5.2 itself.

What seems to happen is that when the 'New Date' is committed
to the PM Forecast from the Scheduler application then the
'Reforecast Subsequent Dates?" checkbox is cleared.
This then seems to prevent the "Process Pending Reforecast"
button on the PM Forecast tab from functioning at all.

This does not occur if the "New Date" is amended manually from
within the PM app. Then when either the "Process Pending
Reforecast" button is selected or the "Generate Forecast"
option is run the reforecast executes as expected and the
subsequent dates are reforecast in line with the altered "New
    Date".

    Steps to reprodocue the issue:
    1. Create a PM record in Preventive Maintenance application
    2. Generate a forecast for this PM
Here Reforecast Subsequent Dates/ checkbox is checked.
    3. In the Scheduler application, we have the schedules for the
    selected PM.
    4. Now we have shifted the schedule
    5. Select the record and Reforecast from Scheduler
6.On reforecasting and looking for the PM record we are not
getting the Reforecast Subsequent Dates/ checkbox selected

    Expected Result:
The Reforecast Subsequent Dates/ checkbox must have been
selected as the forecast has been generated from Scheduler.
