  The 'properties' folder is missing in JAVA_HOME post a
  successful Java install on windows platform. The 'properties/
  version' folder will contain *.swtag and *.cmptag files. These
  files are available in .zip and .jar package format and it is
  missing in installable package format.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The 'properties' folder is missing in JAVA_HOME post a
  successful Java install on windows platform. The problem was due
  to missing of properties folder in Installshield project file of
  Windows platform
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     6    SR16      (6.0.16.0)
     7    SR7       (7.0.7.0)
     6 R1 SR8       (6.1.8.0)
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
  .
  The JDK Installshield project files of Windows platform are
  updated to include properties folder when installing Java on
  Windows platform
