Error description
The issue is under GIS tab created for instrument, the map displays all instruments instead of the current instrument. It looks like the association to the current $$RECORDID$$ is not working. When creating a query for a map to be used for GIS tab of instrument records trying to associate the current instrument record to the map instead of displaying the current record to the map it displays all instruments on the map. The association filter of the query intended to bring the current record uses filter type equal Record and Record / Query equal $$RECORDID$$.
