  Problem Description:
  Values for attributes of Pct_Free_Space_Including_Autoextend and
  Free_Space_Including_Autoextend(MB) is same to the other two
  attributes of Pct_Free_Space and Space_Free(MB) for all
  Tablespaces, even if the Tablespace is enabled with Autoextend
  ON and there is still free physical disk space in the directory
  where the Tablespace data file is located.
  
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
  1. Install and create an Oracle Database 11gR2 with following
  NLS parameters.

  2. Install Oracle Agent V6.2.1 and configure Agent to monitor
  above database.
  
  3. Enable the cursor TS8A as following and restart Agent
  
  # set in file installdir/config/<host>_or_<sid>.cfg:
  export COLL_DISABLE_CURSOR_TS8A=0
  
  4. Check the value for attributes of
  Pct_Free_Space_Including_Autoextend and
  Free_Space_Including_Autoextend(MB), the values from above
  two columns is same to the value from other two columns of
  Pct_Free_Space and Space_Free(MB) for all Tablespaces.
  
  Agent Root Node -> Database -> Tablespace -> Assigned a new
  query to include two new attributes with autoextend.
