Error description
Two Filesystems are defined in the Export List inside a Resource Group as follows: Filesystems/Directories to be exported (NFSv3) /r3data /r3data/old The remote nodeB is powered off (or unreachable via clcomdES). When starting the cluster on local nodeA, Verification fails with: ERROR: Cannot export /r3data/old as the parent directory /r3data is already in export list. ERROR: Cannot export /r3data/old as the parent directory /r3data is already in export list.
Local fix
In order to start the Cluster when a remote node is powered off (or unreachable via clcomdES), in the 'smit clstart' menu set: Ignore verification errors? true
Problem summary

Problem conclusion
Exported directory validation if it is parent dirctory of another should not target to unreachable node. Fixing is removed the if-check node reachability.
