IV52317: USER NAME CONTAINING APOSTROPHE CAUSES MAIL COMMUNICATION ERROR

Error description

• If a user has an apostrophe (') in the lastname, when a new
  login
  password
  will be sent by email, the password is not included in the
  email.
  The e-mail instead contains the variable {0} instead of a
  password.
  
  Note: If apostrophe is commented out, the password is
  being sent.
  Issue occurring in v7.5.0.4.
