Local fix

• This issue can be worked around by updating the system
  environment variable "LIBPATH" with the complete location of the
  libfontmanager's dependent libraries.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when the JVM fails to maintain the LIBPATH
  updates that are made during the JVM initialisation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:

  .
  The JVM has been updated to correctly maintain the LIBPATH
