Error description

• Using the WebSphere MQ command "dmpmqcfg -m QMGRNAME -x authrec
  -o setmqaut" saves the queue managers authority records to
  script. While importing the script via runmqsc, the following
  error may be seen:
  AMQ7096: An authorization specification is required but you did
  not provide one

  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  The setmqaut output from dmpmqcfg was invalid if there was no
  authority for the profile, for example:
  
  setmqaut -m MQSIAX07 -t qmgr -g mqbrkrs
  

Problem conclusion

• If no authority is found, add the no-op +none to make the
  setmqaut output syntactically correct
