IV51686: LABOR WITH CREWID VALUES NO LONGER ARE DISPLAYED IN THE ASSIGNMENT MANAGER LABOR LIST BY DEFAULT

Error description

• Go to Administration> Resources> Labor
  Bring up ADAMS
  Remove Crew if any is specified in the CREW Field and Save
  Go to Work Order Tracking> Assignment Manager
  In the Labor List Window at the bottom of the screen
  Filter for ADAMS
  Maximo finds the Record
  Now go back to the Labor Application
  Bring up Adams and add a Crew ( CREW1) and Save
  Go back to the Assignment Manager Application
  In the Labor List Window at the bottom of the screen
  Filter for ADAMS
  It will not find it due to this Query that is being Run on the
  Database:
