Local fix

• Use the -Xmx option to increase the size of the Java heap when
  running the trace formatter.
  

Problem summary

• Problem is caused when the trace output being processed by the
  trace formatter contains trace data from a very large number of
  Java application threads.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:

  The trace formatter has been improved to allow it to process
  data from a large number of Java application threads with lower
  heap usage.
