Local fix

Problem summary

• Problem happened because the packaging script is removing the
  install directory which was later required to complete the
  installation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  7.0.0 SR6
  .
  Packaging code has been modified to not to remove the install
  directory.
