IV41221: JOB PLANS ATTRIBUTE SEARCH NOT WORKING

Error description

• Job Plans Attribute Search not working
  
  Maximo 7.5
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  1)  Go To - Planning - Job Plans - click on New - enter the
  following
  information:
  
  Job Plan: TEST
  
  Click on the Specifications tab:
  
  Classification: PIPE_LEAK
  
  Within the Specifications pane - in the ANOM TYP Attribute - for
  the
  Alphanumeric Value - type in: None.
  
  Save.
  
  2)  Click on the List tab - Click on the Advanced Search drop
  down -
  click on Attribute Search - click on New Row:
  
  Attribute: ANOM TYP
  Search Value: None
  
  Click on Find.
  
  The results on the List tab are incorrect.
  
  The following query is passed:
