Error description

• Error Message: Delays of 10s or significantly more can be
  observed in verbose GC log.  In the following example from a
  verbose GC log, the value of durationms is about 44 seconds:

  Note, the delays more likely to happen when the tenure memory is
  low and a new global garbage collection is about to start.

Problem summary

• This problem is caused by a deficiency in the tenuring algorithm
  used during scavenges.

  efficient under low memory situations
