Local fix

• This problem can be avoided with the JVM option
  -Xjit:disablePartialInlining.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused by inconsistent updates by the JIT
  compiler to data about a method call while considering the call
  for partial inlining.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  7.0.0 SR4 FP2

  The JIT compiler has been updated to be more conservative when
